HEY, THERE! 👋🏻👩🏻💻I'm Sharon.
I'm an aspiring UI/UX Designer based in Toronto, Canada with a Bachelors of Interior Design from Toronto's Ryerson University and a UX Design diploma from Toronto's BrainStation Campus. ✍🏻
My work often focuses on conceptual development, research, problem solving and analysis. I've always loved research and designing for people and surprising to most, interior design and UI/UX design aren't too far off from each other! Both disciplines require an understanding of their users and how they navigate within a space (be it physical or digital)!
Since I was a child, I loved organizing anything I could get my hands on, learning web design, solving puzzles, and drawing. As you could have guessed, those passions translated into adulthood, as my technical strengths lie in graphic design, illustration, and branding. I aspire to become a UI designer who can create a greater impact in someone's everyday life, no matter how small the solution or change may be.
People often describe me as outgoing, empathetic, highly strategic, adaptable, contributive, and focused. My passion to provide for others motivates my designs, and my curious personality is always seeking new challenges and perspectives. I look forward to working with those who share the same passions with me, and to push the boundaries of what digital design will be as technology continues to grow and change.
